EASY CROCHET: Cozy Crochet Throw Blanket (Newbie-friendly)
There’s nothing fairly like wrapping up in a hand-crafted blanket—particularly when it’s as comfortable and snuggly as this one. I’m so excited to share my latest crochet challenge with you: the Cozy Crochet Throw Blanket!
This blanket was a pleasure to make from begin to end. I used Large Twist Posh yarn within the lovely Earl Grey colorway, and let me let you know—it’s simply as comforting as a heat cup of tea on a cold day. The yarn is extremely comfortable with a delicate sheen, and it really works up like a dream. When you haven’t tried it but, this is perhaps your signal to seize a skein (or 5!).

To crochet this blanket, I used my favourite US L / 8.0mm Clover Amour hook, which gave the stitches a beautiful drape and simply the correct quantity of squish. The blanket encompasses a cozy, textured heart that appears like an enormous heat hug, framed with a ribbed border for that basic, completed look. It provides a delicate contact of element with out taking away from the simplicity and magnificence of the design.
The ultimate dimension of the blanket is 55″ x 76″—excellent for curling up on the sofa, layering over your mattress, or gifting to somebody particular. Whether or not you’re binge-watching your favourite present or having fun with a quiet second with a e-book, this throw is sure to be your new favourite companion.
