I purchased K5 movies with books & grade 2 video with books – paid $2400 CAD. This was our first time ever ordering BJU so we didn’t have another BJU merchandise in our possession.
They over charged my bank card $200 greater than what my bill confirmed.
Once we obtained the books, it wasn’t working for our household so I known as in to return each grade kits. They despatched me an electronic mail explaining methods to correctly ship them again and mentioned it will take about 4 weeks to get a refund. 5 weeks later I nonetheless hadn’t obtained a refund so I known as buyer service- they claimed that after they opened up my field, there was no k5 or grade 2 books in there, simply 6 grade 6 textbooks. IVE NEVER EVEN ORDERED BJU BEFORE! How & why would I ship grade 6 textual content books?!? They are saying it occurs on a regular basis! She despatched me pictures of my field, it was ripped open so anyone may’ve taken our k5 & grade 2 books out and exchanged them for grade 6 books.
They mentioned they may solely refund us for the movies at this level which they shorted me $200. I’m total very upset with this! They usually say this occurs on a regular basis so earlier than you come back it, strive promoting it first! They’re going to tear you off.
